Return & Exchange Policy

Our Return & Exchange policy is very simple and hassle free, all you need to do is email us at customerservice@daze-store.com or contact us through Instagram page and let us know your inquiry. We will then immediately send you our courier to pick up the items.

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Note that taxes, customs and initial shipping are not refundable, only the amount of the original piece will be refunded.

 If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at customerservice@daze-store.com and we will send you our courier to pick it up, free of charge. Once we receive the item, we will inspect, and then we will ship you your desired new item.
